Public bodies publish a great deal of accurate information. The problem is rarely that the answer does not exist. It is that the answer sits on page nine of a PDF, the office closed at 5pm, and the person looking for it reads Arabic while the guidance they found is in English.
GACS AI answers published questions on your website, in more than 50 languages including Arabic and English, at any hour. It answers only from the material your department gives it, and it routes anything touching an individual case to a member of staff.

Document checklists are the single most repeated question at any counter and on any helpline.
Location, opening hours, which service happens at which center, and what can be done online instead.
Citizens read a regulation, do not follow it, and want it in plain language.
That last reply is the important one. The agent summarizes published guidance and says so. It does not offer an interpretation.
Answers come from sources your department controls and nowhere else. You import the department website by URL, upload PDFs such as service guides, regulations and forms, add manual entries for procedures that are not written down publicly, and connect a Google Drive folder or a Notion workspace that stays in sync as your staff update it. When guidance changes, you update the source and the agent follows.
The agent does not browse the open web for answers and does not draw on general knowledge to fill a gap. Given a question the knowledge base does not cover, it says so and offers a person rather than producing a plausible answer.
Language switching happens inside a single conversation. A citizen can open in Arabic, switch to English mid thread, and continue without starting again. More on that on the Arabic AI chatbot page.
Conversations are answered around the clock, which changes the shape of demand at the counter. The questions that reach staff in the morning are the ones that needed staff.
This boundary is fixed, not configurable downward.
When a conversation is handed over, the officer receives the full transcript, so the citizen does not repeat themselves.
The website widget installs with one snippet on an existing departmental site. Email routing and answering use the same knowledge base, as do inbound and outbound phone calls. WhatsApp runs on your own official business number through Meta's Cloud API signup flow.
Staff and role management controls who can see and handle which conversations. Usage analytics show what citizens are asking, which is often the most useful output in the first month, because it shows which published guidance is not working.
Each customer runs on its own separate copy of GACS AI on managed servers. Where data needs to stay in a particular country, GACS AI can run on a private server used only by your department, in the country you choose, or be installed on your own cloud account. Retention settings depend on how the system is deployed and should be agreed before procurement. Ask us about your hosting requirements on a demo.
GACS AI is built by Diggit Software Solutions, with teams in Dallas, Dubai, London and Karachi.
Yes. It handles over 50 languages and switches within a single thread without losing context.
Only from the material your department provides. If the knowledge base does not cover a question, it says so and offers a person.
No. It explains published process and criteria. Decisions on individual cases are made by your authorized staff.
A demo can be run against your own published guidance, so you can see how the agent handles a real departmental question before any commitment.
